Maysen Paul (center) will attend Penn State main campus this fall.

Senior Spotlight: Maysen Paul

Future plans:

“I’m going to Penn State University Park and studying Business. I’m going to get certified as a Yoga instructor.”

Favorite NPHS memory:

“My favorite North Penn memory is being in the North Penn show Mamma Mia. It was so fun, and I made a lot of friendships. I also loved the music and choreography.”

Favorite classes:

“Mr. Boucher’s science class.”

Favorite teachers:

“My favorite teachers are Mrs. Schmidt. I had her for creative writing, and she is so fun and sweet; Miss Childs, even though I only had her in middle school for math, I would see her sometimes at the high school, and she is just so considerate and nice. Also Mr. Heller. He retired but he was one of the funniest teachers and made my junior year a million times better. Mr. Tumulo also because he is so chill, and this year I had 2 classes with him and sometimes 3 if we had 8b. He did a great job with putting up with me. Mrs. Roney is just the best teacher too. She gave me the chance to be in the North Penn shows and it was the best time.”

Advice to incoming sophomores:

“My advice to incoming sophomores is to keep an open mind and give every opportunity a chance. There are so many different classes and clubs. If one catches your attention, try it.”

To the Class of 2021, I leave…

“To the class of 2021, I leave every water bottle I ever lost. Actually, they probably are gone. Instead, I leave the best apple juice ever. I collected over 25 apple juices and was aiming to collect more but then school ended, but now I have all this apple juice. So it’s all good.”
