NPHS’s annual winter ball is right just around the corner! This year’s dance, themed Under the Northern Lights, will be held on Saturday, January 5th, from 7pm to 10pm in the gymnasium.
Drawing inspiration from the magnificent color schemes of the aurora, this year’s winter ball will incorporate decorations of colors like purple, blue, and pink to create an enchanted evening.
The lighting of the winter ball will mimic the effects of the northern lights. There will also be balloon igloo centerpieces stationed around the areas of the school, including a giant one in the K-pod lobby.
“It’s going to be a really great centerpiece that people can take pictures with for keepsake,” said Isabella Tessitore, class of 2014 cabinet member and the chairperson for this year’s winter ball.
Students who wish to invite people outside of NPHS must pick up guest forms from their home offices prior to purchasing tickets. Tickets will go on sale December 5th to the 13th for $25.
