It is that time of year folks, and no, a gift card is not a good gift. And yes I get it, a thoughtful gift can be hard to find.
All the “what ifs,” what if they don’t like it? what if it doesn’t fit them? what if they already have it? In the face of this endless maze of questions, echoes the answer in retail stores nationwide.
LEGOs.
A timeless, thought-provoking, and interesting gift for all ages and walks of life. I built legos at the age of five, and I just finished one of my biggest Lego sets yet as a senior in high school, and through the years the feeling of accomplishment I get when finish a set has been the same.
LEGOs allow for creativity, promotion of problem-solving skills, and hours- sometimes days’ worth of entertainment for toddlers, teens, to even adults.
Most parents especially nowadays make the mistake of getting their kid a tech gadget too early, or sometimes a friend makes the mistake of simply getting the mindless gift card. Picking out the right Lego set for your desired friend can show how much you truly care about them, and as a parent, giving your kid a Lego set rather than sticking an iPad in their face helps promote true cognitive development rather than mindlessly occupying them.
As mentioned above, LEGOs foster a joyful experience for countless interests and various age groups.
Want to get a set for your older brother who is a car guy? The Porsche 911 set is your best bet, or possibly a smaller option such as the Ferrari 812 Competizione set.
Or how about an office gift? A completed Bonsai Tree set would look great on that desk, or possibly recreate the iconic sitcom workplace with The Office LEGO set.
How about a sci-fi fan? There are countless Star Wars, Marvel, and DC-themed LEGO sets of all sizes.
Whatever the interest is, the age, or even the time one may have to build, LEGO has a set that fits. Promoting problem-solving, entertainment, and creativity to any audience.
Whether you get or give a LEGO set this holiday season, it’s sure to be a gift that builds holiday cheer.

Truth! Although Although I’m not a fan of LEGO’s price hike in the recent years, nothing can beat sitting down and putting a set together. I was at the store in NY and was overwhelmed by the amount of media that had a lego set, it seems like everyone wants to be one!
