To kick off the new year strong, we have a brand new pup looking for his forever family. His name is Comet, and he’s ready to start the new decade in a new home.

Home at Last Dog Rescue is an organization located in the Montgomery County area. They focus on helping dogs in need get adopted, pairing them with their forever families. Ever since they were founded, the rescue has gotten over 11,418 dogs adopted through their tireless work every single day.

Comet is only about 5 months old, making him extremely sweet and energetic. He’d do best in a home with people committed to giving him the workouts and walks he deserves! His mixed breed has been affectionately labeled the “Peekapoo” – a combination between a Pekingnese and a Poodle.

This cute puppy is a benefactor dog, which means the cost of his adoption will go to pay for another dog’s medical expenses. By adopting him, you’re not only taking him home, but you’re helping another pooch as well!
