
Yam Cookies!
Ingredients
3 sticks butter, softened
3 cups of sugar 3 eggs, beaten
6 cups of flour
3 tablespoons of baking powder
3 cups of cooked yams
1 tablespoon of vanilla
1 ½ teaspoons of salt
Directions
First, preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
You will want to start off by cooking the yams and scooping out the insides Next you will want to melt the butter in the microwave.
Put in for short amounts of time, or else you’ll have a puddle of butter and a broken microwave.
Crack eggs gently, while making sure to not to let the egg shells fall in
Next mix all ingredients together, preferably in a big bowl while listening to some dubstep.
Scoop small amounts of mix onto a tray covered in parchment paper.
Place in oven until golden brown.
