What schools did you apply to?

I only applied to two schools: West Virginia University and Penn State University.

Where did you commit to, and why?

I committed to West Virginia University. Even though I loved both campuses, it came down to the major. I really wanted to major in Exercise Science and Penn State didn’t have that, so I decided to become a Mountaineer!

What are your career/academic aspirations?

My endgame is Trauma Surgery. Yes, it stemmed from my love for Grey’s Anatomy, but it grew into a passion. I want to be able to help people and be a doctor who really cares about their patients.

What are you most excited about next year?

I am really excited to continue working towards my goals and be studying something I am actually interested in. I am also excited to make great memories and be on the same campus as my brother again.

What is your favorite North Penn memory?

My favorite North Penn memory has been going to the football games. I love dressing up for the themes, making friends with whoever I’m close to in the stands, and getting to be part of the crowd when we win. There’s no better feeling than when the stands are filled, we just won the game, and everyone is jumping around and cheering.
