What schools did you apply to?

I applied to University of Pittsburgh, Penn State University, James Madison University, North Carolina State, and Clemson University

Where did you commit to and why?

I chose University of Pittsburgh because it has a very strong physical therapy doctorate program. The university also offers many opportunities due to it being in a city surrounded by hospitals and other universities. After touring I fell in love with the campus and the community. 

What are your academic career / aspirations?

My academic and career aspirations involve studying biology or kinesiology. I want to pursue a career as a pediatric physical therapist. I hope to be able to help children overcome any obstacles they may have physically and mentally. 

What are you most excited for next year?

I am most excited to meet new people and make new memories. I look forward to attending Pitt’s sporting events, especially girl’s volleyball games. 

What is your favorite memory at North Penn?

My favorite memory at North Penn has been running with the track team! I have made so many friendships with the girls and coaches that I hope to continue even after graduation. The pasta parties, ice cream runs, and meets are all memories I never wish to forget.
