What schools did you apply to?

I applied to Temple University, Penn State University, West Chester University, Saint Joseph’s University, Bridge Water State University, and Palm Beach Atlantic University.

Where did you commit to and why?

I committed to West Chester University. They have an amazing education program which was important to me. I love how it is in a beautiful town and has lots of things near by. I am able to come home as I please since it’s not too far away. I wanted to go to a decent size school, but not one that is too overwhelming, so I feel like West Chester was a good fit.

What are your academic/career aspirations?

I will be studying Early Education. I would love to become a teacher in any grade K-4. I want to be able to provide a safe space for students as well as make an impact within the youth.

What are you most excited for next year?

I am most excited to create new friendships and live independently. I’m looking forward to getting involved within the school and taking advantage of their resources.

What is your favorite North Penn memory?

My favorite memories come from being a part of the North Penn’s girls lacrosse team. It’s allowed me to meet some of my best friends. North Penn’s girls lacrosse also has helped me grow not as just a player, but as a young woman. It’s provided me with a safe environment where I feel welcomed.
