TOWAMENCIN-“North Penn High School is not known to hold informal dances, homecoming dances, or other dances of that sort,” explained Inter-Club Council (ICC) President and SGA Vice President Kush Jituri. On Friday March 22, however, this will all change.
ICC is holding North Penn’s first-ever, Knight Glow, on March 22nd from 7 to 9:30pm in the boy’s gymnasium. This dance is for North Penn students only and ID is required. The Knight Glow will feature lasers, black lights, LED lights and a DJ playing great music. Everyone is encouraged to wear school appropriate, neon clothes to try and be the brightest on the dance floor.
Ticket sales will be held from Monday, March 18 until Friday, March 22 during all lunches for $10 each or $12 at the door. Each ticket purchased comes with glow sticks and the satisfaction of knowing that the money is going to a good cause, the Sandy Relief Efforts.
Students can stay updated on the dance in the Facebook event group (North Penn’s Knight Glow) and by listening to the announcements.
All school rules apply and the ICC and SGA hope to see you there!
