Hi, my name is Devin Welsh and I’m enjoying my last year here at the one and only North Penn High School. I joined the Knight Crier staff halfway through this year not only as a way to dive more into one of North Penn’s English electives but also to avoid taking a semester of Calculus (math and I simply don’t agree). But more on the side of delving into the world of writing, as I took the regular semester Journalism course and found it really interesting. Outside of Journalism, I enjoy writing poetry and fiction in my leisure. I plan on doing something with writing or english in my future, whether that is teaching high school students (little kids are far too loud) or pursuing a farfetched dream of being a novelist. But for now, writing for the award-winning Knight Crier will have to suffice.
