The North Penn Girl’s Lacrosse team is looking to continue their legacy this season with a lot of returning and new talent. After getting second place in the Suburban One League last season, everyone is ready to step up and fill the shoes of last year’s players and work their hardest to raise the team to new levels.
Head Coach: Jami Wilus Behm
Last Season Record: 13-5 overall, 9-2 SOL, finished second place in the league
Key Losses: Hannah Young, Brittany Tyson, Jenna Stover, Lauren Green, Gabriella DiDomizio (out with ACL injury)
Key Returners: Kaitlin Suzuki (12), Ashley Durham (12), Julianna Hill (12), Emily Schulze (11), Jenn Delongis (10), Chloe Novak (10)
What Coach Behm said: “I see improvement every day. We are young in experience, and we have an extremely tough non-league schedule. We will need to play together to come up with key wins. Every game should be a good one!”
What Captain Emily Schulze said: “This team has a lot of potential to do well this year. The team meshes really well off the field, and we are hoping that translates on the field on as well. There’s a bunch we need to work on, but everyone is eager and excited to put in the hard work to make this a great season.
