With a close second half comeback and a lot of hard work from the team, the Maidens claimed victory against Wilson High School in Coatesville on Tuesday night. The girls prepare for Friday when they will face Cumberland Valley in the quarterfinals game.

“It was a great feeling beating Wilson because we heard how good they were and we were the underdogs, so I think beating them really shocked a lot of people,” said Sophomore Jackie Bilotti.

Looking ahead to Friday with positive spirits, the girls are preparing themselves for another progressive game.

“The next step is to adjust to the next team were playing and just focus in these two practices to prepare for Friday. I think we just have to continue to hit open people on the court, keep up the intensity, and come out strong from the beginning,” said Bilotti
