Although the North Penn Boys basketball team struggled early on last season, they finished strong winning 5 of their final 6 games. Regardless of the squad’s young age, the Knights hope to carry on their winning ways as they embark on a new season with playoff aspirations.
“Last season we got off to a rough start so heading into this year we want to continue to improve as we look to mature together as a team. With a lot of inexperience, there is a lot of work to be done,” said senior captain Mike Swanson.
Head Coach: John Conrad, 10 years of coaching. 8 years as Lower Moreland head coach, 2 years as North Penn head coach. He has compiled a 143-58 overall record as a coach including 3 district championships.

What senior captain Stephen Brown said: “We have a good team this year and we have the talent to make a good playoff run, even though we are smaller than most teams in the league we will make up for it in our aggression and determination.”
What Coach Conrad said: “The guys have been focused and working hard in practice, our lack of size is really going to be tested. If we’re willing to be physical and mix it up on the board then we’ll be ok.”
