Students and staff members of North Wales Elementary School will get a chance to see their prinicpal live on display.
North Wales Elementary School students participated in a READ-A-THON from Wednesday, September 28th thru Wednesday, October 5th, with the goal of students reading 1,250 hours during this time period. The North Wales Elementary School staff is excited to announce that the students surpassed their goal and read over 1,400 hours!
As a reward for surpassing their goal, North Wales Elementary School principal Joe Covone has decided to show his students where his favorite place is to read – the beaches of Hawaii. To show the students how much he likes to read, Principal Covone will be on display in the school’s display case reading a good book with the backdrop showing the beaches and palm trees of Hawaii with a grass mat and some soft white sand. He will be wearing a classic Hawaiian shirt, chinos and sandals.
Principal Joe Covone will become a live display for the students of North Wales Elementary School, located at 201 Summit Street in North Wales, on Thursday, October 20th at 9:05 a.m.
