Knight Like- Pitch Perfect II Trailer
We don’t have to miss the Barden Bellas any longer! Pitch Perfect 2 is coming out this spring, and it looks like the girls’ competition has really flared up. This time the group is taking part in “The World Championships of Accapella” – the only problem is that no American team has won the championships before. No sweat, right girls? Seeing how far they have come after their previous competitions only makes fans more eager to see how they will handle this one. No matter how much they step up their performance, devoted fans know for sure that the Bellas won’t be changing themselves. The one thing I truly love about the Pitch Perfect group is their extremely diverse personalities. Every fan has a favorite girl among the group. So if you’re one of those people who enjoy watching worldwide talent competitions and can’t miss out on seeing the mental breakdowns and drama of it all, then this movie is for you!
Knight Dislike- Unfriended Trailer
If you thought supernatural forces couldn’t get through to you online, the movie Unfriended just might change your mind. One year after committing suicide, high school student Lauren Barnes seeks revenge on 6 schoolmates she suspected to have posted a humiliating video of her being drunk at a party. Here’s the thing: she does it by intruding on their Skype conference call. According to the trailer, Barnes threatens to keep on murdering them and revealing their darkest secrets until one of them finally admits that they posted the video of her.
As thrilling as the plot may be, what’s the use of making a horror movie from a cyber bullying incident? What morals will young people get out of this film? Perhaps it will scare them out of the idea of posting questionable videos of their peers? I don’t think so! Our generation has practically grown up with advantage of having technology and online communication at our fingertips. Teens are so used to having it that they take it for granted and keep on posting whatever they please. Honestly, I think that this movie won’t do anything other than scare people off the internet and make them delete their Skype accounts. It doesn’t look like it will teach young people a valuable lesson over a serious matter.
