Knight Like – Knitting sweaters for Little Penguins
Since the late 1990’s, the Penguin Foundation has issued a demand for Little Penguin knitted Sweaters known as the Knit for Nature movement; not for fashion, but for wildlife conservation. Although their supply of sweaters is well stocked, the organization accepts all sweaters to help these small animals from the dangerous oil spills throughout the world. Anyone can send in a sweater and all sweaters will either be given to a little penguin or will be donated to the Penguin Foundation store for purchasing. These cuddly animals are in danger of the smallest drop of oil; one teaspoon of oil could potentially kill the Little Penguins, but with the help of sweaters, these penguins are safe from danger. If you want to knit a cute sweater for the Penguin Foundation go to their website at PenguinFoundation.org for more information.

Knight Dislike – Music in the hallways
Kelsey Killion
The hallways at North Penn can be a little hectic, but that can be expected when 3,000 people are tryingto get somewhere in a limited time-frame. Most of the time you just have to ignore people’s annoyinghallway habits. One thing however that is very hard to ignore is people’s music. If I can hear it throughyour ear buds it’s too loud. Some people don’t even bother to use ear buds, they just blast their musicfor the whole hallway to hear. Not only is it annoying it’s also rude. I don’t know if people think theyhave such great taste in music that everyone will want to hear it (you don’t), or maybe people are justclueless and don’t realize how obnoxious they are being. Regardless, just turn it down. Please.
