TOWAMENCIN – The E-Pod Clog will not be remediated any time soon, as voters around the North Penn School District weighed in on Tuesday January 16th, and voted NO to the ballot question authorizing a tax increase above the Act 1 Index.
With a voter turnout of just 25.57%, 10, 790 residents voted NO and 7.844 voted YES. Vote totals by municipality are available on the Montgomery County Voter Services site.
The next steps will be for the North Penn School District to decide the best manner in which to renovate North Penn High School with a smaller price tag, following the “Option 2” model that the district has presented over the last several months.

I guess in 30 years, when we’re all fifty years old, we’ll come back to visit NPHS in 2054, and it’ll be the same thing as it is now? That seems a bit messed up to me, not even considering that the class size will most likely only increase.
The people have spoken, though, and we’ll get ADA accessibility & HVAC so that’s a win! Thanks for the timely update, KT!
