The 2023 North Penn School Board reorganization meeting took place on Monday, December 4th, 2023 at the North Penn Educational Services Center. A roll call at the beginning of the meeting ensured that 8 of 10 elected board members were in attendance. Dr. Elisha Gee joined the board virtually.

Mr. Jonathan Kassa was named temporary president for the remainder of the meeting. Kassa read the election certificates that were verified by the Montgomery County Board of Elections. The votes from the November 7th, 2023 election were recorded and read aloud:

Cathey Wesley- 17,752

Juliane Ramic- 17,285

Timothy MacBain- 17,160

Dr. Elisha Gee- 16,976

Kunbi Rudnick- 16,653

Judge Edward Levine swore three of the five school board elects in during the meeting. The oath was given as follows:

I, (elects name), do solemnly swear that I will support, obey, and defend the constitution of the United States of America and the constitution of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and that I will discharge the duties of my office with fidelity.

3 of the 5 new board members were inducted into the board during the induction ceremony. Dr. Elisha Gee was inducted earlier that day and Kunbi Rudnick was inducted during the December 12th, Action meeting.
