Phys-Ed teacher Jonathon Fluck set to join next season of the Bachelorette
In just a few short months, North Penn will witness one of its very own teachers embark on a quest for love.
North Penn Physical Education and Health teacher, Mr. Jonathan Fluck, has decided to try his hand at finding love on ABC’s hit series, The Bachelorette.
After many interviews, Fluck made it to the final round and was ultimately chosen to be one of the 25 bachelors seeking love on the newest season with bachelorette, Jojo Fletcher.
“I’m very excited to see where this journey takes me and I know that this will be a great learning experience that I can bring back into my classroom,” expressed Fluck on his excitement to join the cast. “I’ve always been a fan of the show, so it’s very surreal to be part of it.”
Although he will leave teaching at North Penn until the end of the 2015-2016 school year, Fluck knows that this is a huge opportunity that he could not pass up.
“This experience could forever affect my life,” said Fluck “And that’s why it’s so exciting.”
Jojo’s heart was broken last season by Ben Higgins, so Fluck is hoping that he can help heal her heart.
With shared interests such as biking, surfing, and watching romantic comedies, the two should make a perfect match. Hopefully Cupid’s arrow will strike.
“After watching [Jojo] on the last season, I think it’s pretty obvious we’re a perfect match,” explained Fluck “It’s a shame that those other guys have to compete against me.”
North Penn is excited to see what kind of first impression Fluck makes on Jojo as he gets out of the limo on the first night. Will he throw a football, show the muscles in a human body, or shake her hand, just like he teaches his students?
