When Kylie first released her makeup line, her lip kits sold out in less than a minute. Then resold on Ebay for $10,000. Despite the popularity of Kylie’s makeup line, many customers filed complaints.

In her cosmetic line, Kylie has her own eyeshadow palette also known as “Kyshadow” sold for $42.00 plus a shipping and handling fee of $8.95 for a total of $50.95. It was not surprising that Kylie’s Kyshadow also has sold out in one minute. In the midst of launching her new product, Kylie was accused of copying famous youtube star Shaaanxo’s eyeshadow palette. On twitter, Shaaanxo’s fans were attacking Kylie for her very similar eyeshadow pallet. In response, Kylie shared a picture of prototypes and the artistic process of creating Kyshadow.

This was not the only scandal Kylie had involving her cosmetic line. Kylie Jenner lip kits are continuously being sold out. With the price of $29.00 plus a shipping fee of $8.95, fans are still trying to obtain an unreachable makeup product. Kylie was blamed for stealing Colourpop’s matte lipstick. Beauty blogger Stephanie Nicole, who is mostly known for her makeup reviews, had discovered that Colourpop and Kylie’s lip kits have identical ingredients. Kylie stated that the ingredients are not exact and she has her own exclusive formula that she created herself.

Needless to say, Kylie Jenner’s Cosmetic line being popular is not a really a good thing. There are many unresolved complaints that Kylie fails to resolve. Her company’s products have highly recognizable packaging. Many people are vandalizing or stealing the packages because of the signature print on kylie’s products. Also many customers would argue that Kylie’s lip kits are not money well spent. Some say that the lip kits are nearly empty and you could buy better quality dupes for good pricing. Her company was filed an F letter grade from the Better Business Bureau because of the quality of the lipstick brushes and the failure of deliverance with the product in the packages.

Although Kylie Jenner’s makeup line is among most trending topics on social media, people who buy them are upset because they do not get their money’s worth. Many customers are switching to NYX matte lipstick and or Colourpop, for a much better pricing and quality. Each season, Kylie Jenner comes out with new products and many colors of lipsticks and eyeshadow. She also put effort in improving her highly recognizable packaging and replacing the cheap wands.
