Future Plans:
“I am going to Slippery Rock University to study exercise science and play lacrosse. I hope to stay there for graduate school and become a physical therapist.”
Favorite NPHS Memory:
“My favorite memory is the bus rides home from a win with the whole lacrosse team.”
Favorite Classes:
“AP biology and KT with Mr. Snyder. I’ll miss our crazy our arguments and Knight Time cheezits.”
Favorite Teacher:
“Mrs. Behm. I loved her class sophomore year and she still checks in on me to see how I’m doing.”
Advice to Sophomores:
“Try not to dwell on a bad grade or some drama with friends. High school will go so fast and you never know if it’ll be taken away from you, so make sure you make as many memories as you can before it’s gone.”
To the Class of 2021, I leave…

Jamee Islam: Secretary
Why are you running for this position?
“I am running for Secretary because I believe that I have the characteristics and qualities necessary to help contribute to the cabinet. I also think that being able to work together with the other cabinet members can help bring out innovative ideas and events for the North Penn students and community. I know that the position of Secretary is vital in helping to organize and coordinate the cabinet to effectively make decisions. I believe that if I am nominated as Secretary I will be able to fulfill those roles.”
What qualities do you have that make you the best candidate?
“When I think about what qualities help make me stand out as the best candidate I would say my work ethic, determination, enthusiasm, and leadership make me the best possible choice as a nominee. I believe that those qualities are essential for fulfilling the role of Secretary and would help me greatly in contributing to the cabinet. I hope to enhance those qualities and continue to build on my character as the year progresses.”
What is one main goal you have for the 2020-2021 school year?
“My main goal for the 2020-2021 school year is to help contribute to the cabinet, my peers, and my community as much as possible, and continue to learn and grow as a person because of it. Through being elected as the Secretary of the 2023 Class Cabinet I can guarantee to make these goals more possible.”
